大垣でランチタイム。
この味噌ラーメン専門店は、何度か他所でも見たことも行ったこともある。
底冷えする昨今、身体が温まる味噌ラーメンはもってこいだ。
○ 北海道味噌 肉ネギラーメン¥968を注文
てんこ盛りのネギに赤茶色のスープ。
そこから麺を取り出す。太麺のちぢれだ。
ネギと太麺を箸でガシッと掴み食べると、スープがピンピン跳ねる。
なので、紙エプロンは必須だ。
味噌スープは、濃くて甘辛うまい。具材を食べ終わっても、スープを飲みたくなる。後に引くスープだ。
久しぶりの味噌ラーメンはうまかった。
