I had lunch while waiting to transfer from JR to Yoro Railway, and in a rare situation, I decided to have lunch at Saize in ASTI premises. At Saize, I usually only order pasta or pizza, so sometimes I change my tastes and choose crispy potatoes and shrimp cream gratin. As the name suggests, the crispy fried potatoes had the aroma of olive oil and the sweetness of the potatoes, and were so fragrant that I couldn't help but order more beer. I can't stop eating fries and beer. It's a perfect match! The piping hot gratin also arrived. The surface is grilled crispy, but inside is piping hot white sauce.
