10年来の後輩の結婚祝いで３名で利用しました。
場所は大垣駅から徒歩5分ほど。商店街のアーケードから一本入った道沿いにお店はあります。
店舗外観はシックでモダンな雰囲気。ガラス窓からは厨房がよく見えます。
店内は、手前に大きな木製のカウンター席があり、そこにはその日の食材が綺麗に並べられています。
カウンター内に存在感のあるご主人が料理をされており個性的な雰囲気もさることながら、気さくな笑顔が印象的です。
カウンター背面の壁は、シルバーの調理具でデザインされた奇抜でお洒落な作りになっています。
この日は奥に団体さんがいらっしゃいましたが、普段はあまり使用されないとの事。
個性たっぷりのこちらのお店は、カウンターのテーブルにも仕掛けがあり、各席に引き出しがついており、こちらにカトラリーが収納されております。
料理も個性的かつ遊び心満載で、
大きな吸盤のついたタコの器に盛られたタコのジェノベーゼや、カプチーノのような見た目のボロネーゼと共に供されるマックポテトに見立てたニョッキなど、一皿毎の感動を味わえます。
食材は、山菜や蛤、河豚の白子などの馴染み深い日本の食材も多く、味付けも繊細で終盤で供された蛤のボンゴレスープは絶品でした。
しっかりとした基礎があるからこそ成せる遊び心の数々は、顧客を満足させたいという心意気が十二分に伝わってきます。この内容でこの金額は本当に素晴らしいと思います。
普段イタリアンを食べる事は少ない私ですが、こちらのお店は料理ジャンルの枠を超え楽しめるお店ですので、また必ず来たいと思います。
