岐阜県大垣市にあるミシュラン１つ星★も取得されている「クッチーナ」さんを訪問させていただきました
大垣城の近くにお店にありますが、周り全体が寂れていて、クッチーナ自体も外観はそれほど・・・って感じですが、中に入ってみると一転、素敵な異空間が広がります
料理はどれも素晴らしく美味しかったです
お店の雰囲気も、セレブ様専用です・・・みたいな感じではなく、地元の人がちょっと特別な日に利用する感じで、高級感が漂う中にもイヤミがないです
コース料理というと、料理を待っている時間が長いイメージがありますが、このお店は同時スタート制で、お店のお客様全体が同時に料理が提供されることもあり、料理を食べ終わると割とすぐに次の料理が提供され、自分のようにおひとり様でさっさと料理を食べて帰りたいというお客にはうってつけだと思います(それでも、品数が多いので1時間半くらいは掛かりますが)
コストパフォーマンスもよく、久しぶりにリピートしたいと思うお店でした
