I made a reservation online in advance. The inside of the restaurant is very stylish and you can feel Chef Tanaka's good taste. The course meal costs 13,000 yen and is very voluminous. All dishes are unique and very delicious. Pairings are also interesting and you won't get bored. It's also great that you can enjoy your meal while having a conversation with Chef Tanaka. We exchanged information about delicious food. thank you. There are very few Italian Cuisine restaurants in Gifu that will satisfy you no matter when you go, so I have high hopes for Chef Tanaka.
