鰻が食べたくなって、以前から食べログで気になっていた瑞穂市只越にある「みかみ」に行ったところ、完全予約制になっていて、当日昼と言うのは無理だと言われ、結局、これまで４～５回行ったことがあり、美味しさは分かってた清水屋さんにお邪魔しました。
ぼくは「上鰻丼」。 蒲焼が上の４切れとご飯の中にも１切れ入り、肝吸いに漬物付きで2,180円。
奥さんは、初めて「ミニ会席」を頼みました。 平日版で、高野豆腐に野菜の煮付け、茶碗蒸しに、ミニまぶし丼、鮎の塩焼き、肝吸い、漬物にデザートが付いて1,780円。
頼んでから20分近くはかかりますが、蒲焼は時間をかけて焼いてあるのでカリッと香ばしいのが特徴。タレの甘辛い味もぼくにはちょうど好みです。
ミニ会席の鮎もよく焼けてて美味しそう、茶碗蒸しも美味しいといってました。
