下呂ドライブの道中で見付けた、豆腐とこんにゃくの専門店。
味醂で甘めに下味が付けられた油揚げは一味でピリッとアクセントがあり、焼いた時の香ばしさがハイボールにピッタリ♪
木綿豆腐は冷奴として頂いたが、これはそのままより麻婆豆腐とか調理した方が良かったかも！？
単に私の腕が鈍っただけかもしれないが(^^;
