帰りがけの41号沿いで気になる看板を発見。「熱あつの油揚げ」だそーな。豆釜匠さんに寄ったぞ。
製造直売の豆腐屋さんみたい。揚げたての油揚げが頂けるそうなんだが、ちょっとタイミングを外しちゃったみたい。 でも揚げたての「がんも＠500」があったのでソレと、油あげ、もめん豆腐を購入。
すぐ駐車場でがんもをパクリ。豆の香りとひじきの味が広がります。いやいいもんだねぇ。 お豆腐は鍋に使う予定。
