郷土料理のお寿司です。

岐阜の名物に朴葉を使ったお料理が有りますが、今回の出張地にはこの朴葉を使ったお寿司があります。
前日食べたこの朴葉寿司が美味しかったので、お土産用に買って帰ることに。

こちらは道の駅の反対側に面したお店。
店内には色んなお惣菜やスイーツ、お蕎麦なども扱っています。

ここでお土産用に朴葉寿司を購入。
朴葉の上にシャリ、そして酢漬けの鮭、キャラブキ、時雨煮、紅生姜などが乗っています。

押し寿司のようにプレスされていないので、おにぎりのような感覚かな？
ただ私的には大好きな味付け。

お酒の〆に、小腹が空いた時はお箸もいらないしとっても美味しい朴葉寿司です。
