「ラ・プロヴァンス」は岐阜御嵩町の山奥に佇むケーキ屋さん。
その佇まいからフランスを感じる。
季節ごとに咲く花々も美しい。
山奥という立地ながら、土日ともなると待ち客も多い。
しかし、上述のとおり小規模ながら素敵なお庭の空間に待ち時間も苦にならない。
客層は幅広く、若いカップルから家族連れなど様々。
店内は１テーブルごとにゆったりとした空間を取っており、居心地がよい。
夏は山風を感じながら、冬は暖炉で暖を取りながら、ティータイムを楽しむ。
入店するとまずはケーキ選び。
その後席に案内され、ドリンクを選ぶ。
お気に入りのケーキは、栗を使ったケーキ。（正確な名前を失念・・・）
上品な栗とクリームの組み合わせがいい。
ドリンクは断然紅茶をおすすめする。
その日選んだケーキとの相性もあるが、お気に入りはバニラティー。
香り高く、ケーキといただいてもしつこくない絶妙な甘さがいい。
お腹も心も満たされる「ラ・プロヴァンス」は、今後も訪問し続けたい大切なお店である。
