夜ごはんを食べにおじゃましました。
お店は木曽三川の一つである木曽川の近く、国道41号線から少し入った幹線道路沿いの一軒家店舗です。
専用駐車場は店前と裏にあります。
店内はＬ字型のカウンター席（17席）のみです。カウンターに沿ってＬ字型の長い鉄板があり目の前で店員さんが調理してくれます。年季の入った黒光りした鉄板です。
料理はお好み焼き、焼きそば、鉄板焼き、一品料理、アルコールなどを提供しています。
お店の名前やお好み焼きの商品名にある「ぼて」は何だろうと思って店員さんに確認したら薄焼き玉子の事でした。
注文したのはこちらです。

・写真の通り8つの工程で完成
からしを抜いたので本来は9つの工程
・ふわふわトロトロ軽い食べ心地
・豚肉はスライスじゃなくぶつ切り
・ソースは比較的サラッとしてあっさり
・自家製マヨネーズは甘め
食べログ百名店に選ばれたお店だけありクオリティの高い美味しいお好み焼きでした！
