コイニボ。こっちの方がうまい。しっかりと煮干しの味が出ているが、ドロドロではない。ほどよい濃さ。細麺と合う。
煮干しラーメン。さほど強いダシではない。やや塩味が強い。青ネギ、大きいメンマなど彩りはキレイ。大盛はない。替え玉200円だが、スープが足りるか微妙。
頼んだ品 ニボラーメン 800円
煮干しがしっかりきいてあるセメント系のラーメンではなく、上品な味で美味しかったです！
次はシオニボラーメンを食べたいです！
