いつぶりか分からない程、久しぶりの再訪です。
19時過ぎに到着。店内に先客はゼロっす。
店主の元気な声で迎えられ、テーブル席に着座。
前回の来店時に、チャーシューが旨かった印象が
あったので、またもチャーシューメンを注文。
待つこと7分程で到着。まずはスープを一口。
出汁の旨みはなく、薄っぺらな醤油味っす。
麺は中細のストレートでかなり柔らか～ ⤵️⤵️
手打ちとの看板がありますが、ビミョーっす。
麺の量はかなり多い。他店の大盛ぐらいかな？
もやしがモリモリで、人参やピーマンが少々。
コーンも沢山入った珍しいビジュアルっす。
期待のチャーシューは、まだ仕込んだばかりの
様で、煮込み足りず味が染みてなく固い (>_<)
ベースは悪くないと思うので、2～3日後なら
旨そ～です。タイミング悪かったかなぁ～ (+_+)
