都内の鮨屋さんからこちらのお店の評判をお聞きし早速伺って来ました。
高級なネタを使用しなくても旨い鮨は作れると言う信念を持ったにぎりです。
鮨はシャリのクオリティが高ければ、それなりのクオリティの高いにぎりなるというお手本の様なお店です。
街の寿司屋さんですが、仕事は素晴らしく手抜きはしてません。出てくるにぎりは鮨です。
鮨好きな人が食べれば自分の言ってる事がわかると思います。
関市の地元のお客さんでも食べやすい価格で旨い鮨をとやられています。ですので高いお魚じゃないと満足出来ないいう方には不向きなお店かもしれません。
