岐阜県関市の幹線道路沿いにある、はなぞのさん。
基本的に和食中心で、各種定食があるお店。
あまり知られていないが、関市は、刃物のほか、うなぎでも有名な町なので、一度食べてみたかった。だけど午後2時を過ぎていて、なかなかお店が見つからず困っていたときに、この店を偶然発見した。
あまり期待はせずにうな丼を頼んだんだけど、コレが正解。
どちらかといえば関西風の焼き方で、かりっとしていて香ばしい。
たれの濃さや、量もちょうどよかった。
たまにこうやって、ふらりと入ったお店が正解だった時って、すごくうれしいですよね。
関市に来たらぜひこのお店をおすすめします。
