関市にあるこちらのお店。
可児にあるあっ晴れは以前よく行ってましたが、
チャーシューの味が落ちたことで足が遠のき・・
でもココは美味しいと評判を聞いたので訪問してみました。
こちらもパチンコ屋の一角にお店を構えてます。
店内に入って左にある券売機で食券を買い、
店員に渡して無料トッピングを頼み、待ち席に座るシステムのようです。
初訪なので「らーめん（680円）」を購入。
麺の量を増やすか迷いましたが、この後の運転で眠くなると困るので断念。
ランチタイムは野菜マシが無料なのでお願いしました。
10分ほどで席に案内されました。
席は可児と同じくグルリとU字のカウンター席のみ。
違うのはその中に厨房があること。
可児は奥に厨房があってカウンター向こう側の客との距離が近いです。
暑い・・なんだこの店内は。
エアコンが壊れてるのか、店内は信じられないほど暑い。
更に工場にあるようなでっかい扇風機が真横から風を当ててくる。非常に不快。
野菜マシにすると二郎インスパイヤらしくなりますね♪
まずはスープを一口・・んーしょっぱい。
渚と同じく、麺や野菜とのバランスで仕方ないのですが。。
肝心の麺・・浅草開化楼の絶品麺☆ワシワシとした食感がウマーッ♪
・・ですが、やっぱりもう少し湯切りをしっかりしたほうがよいかと。。
さて、可児に行かなくなったチャーシューはどうでしょうか。
あれ？なんか薄くない？
昔はもっと厚切りでボリューミィなチャーシューだったのに。
味は・・うわ。ダメ。臭みが前面に出てくるチャーシュー・・残念！
ガッツリボリューミィなので空腹を満たすには良いのですが、
せっかくの浅草開化楼の麺を生かしきれず、チャーシューの質は落ちる一方・・。
残念ながら再訪はないですね。。
