今年最後のお昼ご飯は、ラーメンを食べようと
向かうも、臨時休業。このタイミングで営業して
いるお店もなかなか無いですね。
気を取り直し、新店舗になってまだ未訪だった、
こちらのお店の営業を確認したので伺うことに。
13時半過ぎに到着。外待ちは1組だけでしたが
券売機前に3組。めっちゃ混んでる !!( ; ﾛ)ﾟ ﾟ
超～寒い中、待つ事10分程で券売機前に到達。
チャーシューメンにうずらトッピングをポチっ。
店員さんに食券を渡し、待つ事10分程で着座。
さらに待つこと10分程でやっと到着しました。
まずはスープを一口。ニンニクがスゴい‼️
マシてないのに、なかなかのパンチっす。
醤油が濃いので、ニンニクないと塩辛いかも。
麺は太ちぢれで、かなり短め。珍しい (・・;)
もやしがモリモリなんで短いと食べやすい。
コシがあり、食感も良い。意外と好きっす。
チャーシューは、かなり大きな厚めのバラ。
肉々しい食感がしっかりで食べ応えありますが、
あまり味が付いてなく、豚臭を若干感じる ⤵️⤵️
ちょっと残念ですね ( o´ｪ｀o)
安定のうずらを食べながら、何とか完食。
お腹は一杯ですが… トータル1200円。
コスパも微妙っす ( ＞Д＜；) ご馳走様でした。
