丸亀製麺 サンシティマーゴ店
ご存知、うどんチェーン店の丸亀製麺さん。
ここは、岐阜県関市の南部、ショッピングモール、マーゴ店内のフードコートに有るお店になります。
本日は、2月限定メニューである
鴨ねぎうどんを求めてやって来ました。
ところがこのお店では鴨ねぎうどんが提供されていません。
フードコートの少店舗では取り扱っていないかもしれませんね。

鴨ねぎうどんが無かったことから、このお店の限定メニューである
肉玉あんかけ(並) 620円
をチョイス。
スープは、甘めのだしがあんかけになり玉子でとじてあります。
麺は、小さいながら他店と同じく店の中で切られており、安定した歯ごたえですね。
具は、牛肉と玉子あんかけのみ。
牛肉も甘めで濃い味付けですが、柔らかく煮られています。
うどんにしては全体的に濃い味付けで、さっぱり感はありませんが、あんかけの効果で寒い冬には身体が暖まりますね(^o^)v
