This is from when I went the other day. Part 3 of the series → Long and tedious...lol It was a weekday, but it was the end of summer vacation, and the food court was full of children and high school students. I ordered the limited-edition Chicken Char Siu Udon with Green Onion Sauce. The chicken char siu tasted like steamed chicken and was moist. The broth had a sour and spicy flavor, but hmm... what does it taste like? lol No, it's delicious. It's hard to describe. It had an Asian feel? I think coriander would go well with it too. There are so many questions lol My mother always ordered Kamatama Udon when she comes here. Thank you for the meal
