ハムとソーセージ専門店です。 |
鰻の名店「しげ」さんで美味しいうなぎをいただいた後、近くに生ハムがすごく美味しいお店があるよ～ということで連れてきてもらったのがコチラの「メツゲライ トキワ」さん。店内にはその生ハムをはじめ、いろんな種類のソーセージなどがショーケースに並んでいてどれもすごく美味しそうです。
お目当ての生ハムは１００ｇ１９９２円という最高級のもの、注文を受けてから切ってくれます。そんな感じでご主人はかなりこだわりを持っていて、この生ハムをまるで子供のように愛していると言っても過言ではないくらいな感じです。
何と合わせるのか？ビールや日本酒はダメだとかいろいろと少し口うるさいくらいに言われましたが、それもすべて美味しく食べてほしいということでしょうね(^^;)
帰り際にバケットと一緒に生ハムの試食もさせてくれましたが、さすがにこだわりがあるだけありましたね、買って帰った生ハムもこの後寄ったパン屋さんのバケットとともに美味しくいただきました。
