本日はこちらへ〜。
全国屈指の評点を誇るシャルキュトリーの専門店が、ここ関市にあります。店主が亡くなって以来、暫く休業していましたが、夏前に遂に復活を遂げたそう。お盆の連休中に伺うと、特に人集り等は無く利用出来ました。
入店すると、試食でピザケーゼのバゲット乗せをいただきました。ベーコン、ドイツチーズ、オリーブなどを入れたイタリアンちっくなミートローフで、抜群に旨い！ただ今回は、以下の2点を購入しました。
・スモークチキン 295g 1,239円/税込
→スモーキーな燻臭を纏った皮付き鶏胸肉。しっとりと仕上がっており、鼻に抜ける香りが堪らない！ブラックペッパーのパンチが刺激的で、ビールが飲みたくなる。そのままでも良し、サラダにも良し、万能です。
・生ソーセージ チョリソー 235g 1,085円/税込
→肉肉しいジューシーなチョリソーは、ピリッと香辛料が効いた逸品。肉汁が広がり、旨みが溢れます。
