名前の通り飛騨牛料理指定店になっている焼肉屋さん。
おいしい焼肉を食べたい時に訪問しています。
メニューのネーミングが面白く、史上最強カルビやまぼろしカルビ、まぼろしロースなど思わずどれほどのものかと注文してしまいます。但し、それなりに高級肉だったり、珍しい部位だったりしますのでお値段はお高めです。
お値段が気になる場合には、普通クラスの武蔵カルビ、武蔵ロース各\650でも十分おいしく、満足できます。
今回は、店長おすすめのとろける極（きわみ）カルビ\1,380、にんにく中落ちカルビ\980、武蔵カルビなどカルビを中心に注文。
とろける極カルビは、分厚いタンのような味でこれがカルビ?と思うほどさっぱりした味。にんにく中落ちカルビは柔らかくておいしかった。
お酒の種類が豊富で、お酒好きには良いのかも知れませんが、あいにく私は日本酒や焼酎には弱いので、アルコールはもっぱらエビスの生ビール。しかし、エビスの生を出す店が少なく、そこが嬉しい。
タレの味が薄く、もっと濃いタレが良いと思っていましたが、肉本来の味を楽しむ為には、薄めのタレの方が良いのかも知れません。
土、日の夕食時には並ばないと食べられないので、開店直後に行くようにしています。
