うちくるくるお弁当雑記 めざせ!! 女子高生の可愛いお弁当にて、毎日更新中です。
連休を利用して、飛騨牛を食べに行ってきました。
美味しさの余韻を味合うのもつかの間。。
この後、帰りの高速道路のpで、腹痛に見舞われ
長時間足止めをくらう事は夢にも思いませんでしたが(笑)とほほ
食べ過ぎ～(；一_一)
今回おじゃましたのは、飛騨牛専門店で有名な武蔵さん。
岐阜県山県市にあります。
日曜の夜、店ので入口まで並んでいて
40台停めれる駐車場もいっぱいです。
最初に来たのは
武蔵特性サラダ すごい量は、女性には嬉し～い
↓ 厚切り極タン塩 これがすっごく美味しかった。
また食べたい～
舌の奥の少ししか取れない部分かな。
あわてて沢山食べちゃったから、少ししか撮れてない(笑)
そして上タン塩。。うんうん、けっこう美味しい～
そして、数量限定の飛騨牛ハラミがなかったので
納得盛りっていうのを頼んだら・・・すごい量
上カルビと上ロース
ロースでさえもすごくジューシー。
他にも頼みたいのがあったのに、これじゃあ食べきれないよ(笑)
↓ ↓ こんなタレが付いていたので、舐めてみると、あらら・・・・だし汁
関東では、焼肉の甘辛いたれをつけて食べるのですが・・・・・
そこで、お店の人に、タレをオーダーしたところ
このだし汁がタレ・・・・これと味噌味しかないそうなんです。
そういえば、お肉に甘辛いタレがかけてある!!!!!
漬けこんであるわけでなくて出す直前に、からませた様子なのですが。。。
タレは焼いてから、付けたかったな。。
関西では、こうやって食べるのかな。。
なんだか、いつもと違うので・・・少しお口も戸惑います(笑)
チーズ石焼ビビンバも、今まで食べた中で一番おいしかった。。
ユッケジャンスープは、すご～く、うまみが強く濃い味
調味料入れすぎたよ～
思ったより辛くなかった(笑) テールスープにすればよかったかな。。
このお店には、森伊蔵・魔王・赤霧島など
幻と呼べるお酒がいただけるので、パパもご満悦。
また行きたいなって思えるお店です～(*^。^*)
次は、ちょっとずつ、色々な種類を食べたいな(*^。^*)
