こちらはよく立ち寄る道の駅 美濃にわか茶屋の敷地内にあるお店です。
休憩がてら道の駅の店内を散策して、ふお目を奪われた「名物 とりもちコッコちゃん」。
店頭には朝からたくさんの商品が並んでいます。
サーターアンダギー、あげたこ、あげ大判焼、串かつ、ジャンボネギマ、とん玉焼き、ジャンボ明宝フランク、五平餅、みのだんご、カレーパン、みたらし団子、明宝ドッグ、コロッケ、焼きそば、さつまスティック…
串もの、揚げものが多い印象で、ショーケースは茶色だらけ。笑
名物 とりもち コッコちゃんを買ってみました。
鶏肉とお餅が交互に串に打ってあり、揚げパンのような生地に包まれて揚げられているものです。
パリッと揚がったこの生地には味が付いていて、結構な濃いめの味付け。
お餅はパン生地と同化してもっちりパンのようです。
不思議なコッコちゃんでした。
きっとまた立ち止まって何か買ってしまうでしょう。
