郡上八幡の町なかにある品のある蕎麦屋さん。
お昼時が満員。駐車場も満車。だったので、
時間をおいて14時くらいに入るとすんなり(^^)
天ざるを注文。
ここは更科で繊細。つゆからのかつお出汁、風味、
が良くてわさびを足すとさらに引き立つ。
天ぷらはさつま、にんじん、なす、そばの海苔巻き
エビ。エビにも蕎麦が巻かれていてここだけの味。
店内も雰囲気が良かった(^^)
