めいほうスキー場中腹のレストハウス。
α5000コース沿いに位置するこちら、以前は "αレストラン" と呼ばれていたような…。
とり天の専門店というのは、ゲレ食として極めて珍しい気がします。
しかも、注文後に揚げたてを提供されるスタイルらしい。凄いですね!!
月曜日のためか空いていて、すぐにいただくことができました。
とり天だけだと淋しい気がしたので、「とんかつ＆とり天定食」 ￥1,650 です。
トンカツは160g。
そして、メインのとり天はのほうは普通サイズのが３個。
付けダレはポン酢をチョイス。衣は薄め、サクサクです。
豚汁も嬉しいです。
スキー場ではレアなメニューを楽しませていただきました。
めいほうスキー場には、他にもなかなか多彩な食事の施設があり、楽しいですね。
