多治見市民ならずとも、東海地区のフレンチ愛好家に知られるフレンチの名店。ミシュランガイド掲載店です。
7年半ぶりに来訪。今回もランチですが、ワインとのマリアージュが楽しみ。

オーナーシェフが腕を振るうフランス仕込みの料理。ワインと合わせて愉しみます。自家菜園の野菜も嬉しいですね。
5種盛りのデセールは豪華な逸品ぞろい。これも本場仕込みならではでしょうか。
一部同行者から、ソースが甘い？ の指摘がありますが、ワインを飲まないので仕方ないかも。例えば、はちみつソース添えのフォアグラは、貴腐ワインを合わせるのが定番。
そういう意味では、料理メニューを予め伺い、それに合うワインをフリーで持ち込んで合わせる… というような、粋な利用をしてみたくなりますね。
