岐阜県は多治見市御幸町の発祥という、屋台からはじまった中華そばの老舗。創業1949年（昭和24年）「中華亭本店」。

火曜日は中華そばをワンコインで提供しているサービスデイって後から知ったけど、でもそれは一元客じゃなく馴染客のためのイベントだから逆に良かった君と僕。うん、自分が多治見市民なら きっと通っているであろう、普段使いの店ですゼ。
とか言いながらも、このエリアを代表するといっても過言ではない店のうちの一店舗。その他は「信濃屋」、「大石家」ってな具合にええ、ころかけはまた別の機会に話すとしよう。そう、後者は直近塩尻で経験済み、本店は次回にしておきますゼ。
さて、「中華そば」。液晶パネルで見たまんまのビジュアルキング。一押しの部位違いの三種のチャーシュー、サンキュー。
