今年もこの時期がやってまいりました
というのは栗きんとん！
｢中津川の川上屋」さん・｢すや」さんとか栗きんとんで有名なお店は沢山有りますが、こちらは恵那川上屋の瑞浪店です
伺った日曜日は、時期的要素もあるのか警備員が立つほど大盛況
もちろん私のお目当て、栗金団購入です
栗と少量の砂糖で作った、素材の素朴な味わいが旨いんですよね
栗きんとん以外にも、栗を使ったケーキも有名ですね
