岐阜県多治見市にある「美濃焼和食割烹 二代目 浪花」。
こちらの「美濃焼和食割烹 二代目 浪花」は、現時点で、食べログ点数3.28ながら、食べログ「多治見市」ランキング第95位にランクインする。約700軒中、第95位である。また、食べログ「多治見市【居酒屋】」ランキングにおいては、第16位である。十分立派だろう。
前回のディナー利用以来、数年ぶりの訪問。土曜日のランチにて訪れた。
店は、JR「多治見駅」の南方面にある。駅からは歩いて、およそ4、5分ほどの距離。
店へ到着。そして、入店。カウンターには多数のテイクアウト料理が並ぶ。どれも美味しそうであった。
靴を脱いで、広い座敷へと上がり、清潔感のある個室へと入室。テーブル席へ着席。落ち着いた空間であり、非常に快適。快適さはこの上ない。
メニューを確認。浪花おすすめ人気No.1は「飛騨牛A5ローストビーフまぶし御膳」とのこと。今回は「瑞浪ボーノポークねぎ味噌勝御膳」を注文。ねぎ味噌カツではなく、ねぎ味噌勝である。1550円（税別）。メニューは税別表記のようだ。総額1705円。

少し待って、御膳が到着。普通にランチを食べることが出来た。
濃い揚げ色の衣が印象的。ジューシーではなくとも、この肉厚のとんかつは立派。食べ応えのあるサイズ感で、器の上にずっしりと君臨。
「旨味」に関しては、イメージと異なるものであったが、しっかりとした厚みの瑞浪ボーノポークを、独特の風味の味噌とともに味わった。たっぷりと盛り付けられたねぎが嬉しい。
一方、同席者の「本日の海鮮ちらし寿司」はなかなかのもの。厚切りのネタが喜びをもたらす。人気料理の1つかもしれない。
良質な雰囲気の中、ランチもディナーも楽しめる人気店。オヒトリサマから宴会まで、柔軟に幅広く対応されている。器と食材を、地物にこだわる「美濃焼和食割烹 二代目 浪花」であった。
