岐阜県多治見市にある肉料理店「ショクシャ」。
こちらの「ショクシャ」は、現時点で、食べログ点数3.51ながら、食べログ「多治見市」ランキング第13位にランクインする。約600軒中、第13位である。また、食べログ「多治見市【洋食】」ランキングにおいては、第1位である。十分立派だろう。
ランチにて訪れた。
店は、JR「多治見駅」の南方面にある。駅からは歩いて、およそ2分ほどの距離。
店へ到着。そして、入店。休日の13時頃の時点で、先客は3組ほど。テーブル席へ着席。
メニューを確認。今回は「Aランチ」を注文。780円（税別）。総額858円。「豚カルビ焼肉定食」であった。

少しして、定食が到着。普通に美味しい豚カルビであった。
「ドーン」と目玉焼きに覆われた豚カルビ。低価格定食であり、肉質については、大きな期待は出来ない。それでも、税込み858円であることを考慮すれば、十分なものであった。少し甘い採点ながら、これはこれで良しとしたい。大小様々で、豚カルビ8切れを確認。「トローッ」と流れる、美しい黄身や、味がよく絡む、目玉焼き上のネギとともに味わった。
目玉焼きがプラスされることにより、豪華さは3割増し。この働きは目覚ましい。あとは、少し課題を感じるご飯が見直されると、焼肉定食の全体としての魅力はさらに高まるだろう。
メニューには、ヒレかつ定食、エビフライ定食、かにクリームコロッケ定食、黒毛和牛焼肉丼定食、そして、サーロインステーキ定食など、多数の料理がラインナップ。きっと、どれも美味しいに違いない。
多治見駅近くにある「ミートショップ ナガタ」の肉料理店。女性スタッフの感じの良い接客も評判だろう。機会があれば、また訪問したい。
今回、ここを訪問したことで、「1月度食べ歩きシリーズ」への弾みをつけることができた。今月も謙虚な気持ちで、そして、低姿勢で、しっかりと学んでいきたい。また、いつも「いいね！」をくださる方々への感謝も忘れず、取り組んで参りたい。このような「食べ歩き繁忙期」に、ここ「ショクシャ」へ足を運べたことは、非常に実りあるものであった。
