人に勧めたい店である。
同時に、何を勧めて良いのか分からない店でもある。
なんつーか、メニューが無いというね。
一見さんお断り、ではないにしても初見殺し。最初、半泣きになりながらキョロキョロしてしまったのも無理ないでしょ。
じゃあどうする？と言えば、目の前の食材を見て食いたいものを頼むだけですけども。アドバイス？としては、色々と美味しそうな物が並んでますが、刺身とか素材そのものを楽しむメニューは避けた方が良いです。明宝ハムとか美味しいけど、それはお土産に買って家で食べましょ？もちろん、それはそれで美味しいのですが、なんというか、勿体無いです。
この店の特長は料理が美味しい、これに尽きますね。料理が上手い、と言うべきかもしれません。手が込んだ料理を頼んだ方が良い。料理研究家の栗原さんが何度か来店してると言ってましたが納得。むしろ栗原さんにも参考になっだろうなと思いますよ。
だから名物とか郷土料理とか目当てに行く店じゃありませんね。美味い料理を食いに行く店です。
