一期一会に乾杯！
2023年1月_土曜日の17:00で予約して初訪問。
コチラの「だいどこ やぶれ傘」さんは、多治見駅から南の程近くに位置する、地元で超人気の居酒屋さん。
多治見で勤務していた頃から、気になっていた居酒屋さんでしたが、訪れる事なく月日が過ぎてしまい、その思いを今回叶える訪問になりました。
高さの低い引き戸を開けて、予約名を告げ、案内されたカウンター席に着席。
目の前には、おばんざいが並び、更に次々と仕上げられたモノが追加されてきます♪どれも美味しそう(^^)

でスタート。このお通しを食べて、コチラの料理のクオリティが間違い無いのを確信(^^)
私の着席した位置からは、その奥にもカウンター席があり、そちらにも違うおばんざいや食材が並んでいます！
そちらも覗きながら、女将さんにもオススメを聞きながら、いくつかの品をオーダー。

2024年2月_木曜日の18:19頃に再訪。約1年1ヶ月ぶりです。
平日という事もあり、多治見駅北口から直前に電話して確認したところ、席は空いてますとの返事をもらい、向かいました。
入店し、前回と同じ位置に着席。
お店の方のオススメも聞きながら、
