JR多治見駅から三分くらいの路地を入った場所にあるお店。人気なので予約して初訪問。
変形コの字カウンターへ座ると、掘りごたつのように快適。内装は築何百年の古民家みたいな感じ。
三姉妹と若い男性1人で営業していましたが、実の三姉妹では無いそうですｗ。
お通し たらこ春雨
良い塩梅。
サッポロ赤星 中
刺盛り (サヨリ、鰤、鯛、烏賊)
を注文。
刺身は普通に良い感じ。
三千盛 大吟醸 (多治見 三千盛)を追加。
辛口というがすっきりしてキレが良い。どんなツマミにも合いそうです。
そして、おねーさまの勧めで鰤の白子煮を追加。
甘辛の味で三千盛にジャストミートｗ。
三千盛 大吟醸二杯目。
カウンター上のザルにもられていた巨大な「椎茸」2つ「焼いてください」とお願いしたら、「それマッシュルームだよ」と。そのままマッシュルームを２つお願いしましたｗ。

醤油だけでなく醤油バター味でしたがウマウマでした。
そしてカウンターは満席になりそろそろと会計し退出。
ストレートな少しフランク過ぎるかもしれない印象の接客ですが、その裏に長い人生経験に裏打ちされた優しさを感じ快適に過ごせました。
多治見の名店ですね。ごちそうさまでした。
