きなぁた瑞浪で10/11～12に「まこも祭り」が開催中でした。
瑞浪はマコモ栽培に力を入れてるみたいです。
全国でマコモサミットというのが開催されているようですが、2014年第８回は瑞浪市で開催なのだそうです。
それで、きなぁたでもマコモのイベントをやってたのでしょう♪
まこも祭りでは、市内の料理店がマコモを使った弁当を作り販売されていました。
いろんなお店の弁当がありましたが、この日は２つ購入。
そのうちの１つは、創作料理 陸さんの四季彩マコモ弁当（900円）♪
マコモご飯やマコモの揚げ物などの入った弁当でした。
マコモって、サクサクというかシャキシャキというか、これ旨いでしょ(-^〇^-)
その他の料理も、さすが創作料理・陸さん作だけあって、上品で美味しかったです。
今度は陸さんのお店にも訪問してみたいと思います！
