梅園菓子舗栗・バター入りどら焼き梅園菓子舗の栗・バター入りどら焼きが旨い！と聞いてはいたものの、なかなか食べる機会が無かったんですが、ようやく巡り合えました！梅園菓子舗は多治見にある和菓子屋さんです。
サイズは、一般的などら焼きと比べると、やや小ぶりです。でも、満足感は並のどら焼きを遥かに上回ります。
皮はふわっふわで、甘さ控えめな小倉あんがぎっしり！あんの中には大ぶりに刻まれた栗がゴロゴロ入っています。そして、全体をバターの風味で包んでくれてる感じです。
あんの甘さが抑えてあるので、しっかり栗の味がするし、バターの濃厚な風味もくどく感じません。皮のふわふわした軽快な感じも、中身のボリューム感を考えると、お互いのバランスを取ってる感じがしました。
また食べたい和スイーツのひとつです！
