岐阜県多治見市にある梅園さんに伺いました。
こちらは、全国６位になったどら焼きが有名なお店。
以前多治見でお仕事していた頃に時々頂いていましたが余り好きではありませんでした。
どら焼きの奥の方からカビのような匂いを感じていたから。たぶん栗が冷凍なので冷凍庫の匂いかと。
しかし、今回久しぶりにお店に伺ったら店員さんの対応が良くなっていてビックリ！
どら焼きを食べてみたら、前に感じた匂いは全くなく。
美味しく頂きました(*^^*)
