This is a Japanese Confectionery shop located about 15 minutes walk from JR Tajimi Station, and I visited it on a weekend afternoon. The store had standard Japanese Confectionery such as Dorayaki, monaka, Daifuku, and sakuramochi, but there weren't that many varieties. Above all, the signature product of this shop is Dorayaki Dorayaki which has been ranked 6th in Japan in the ranking of delicious Dorayaki. The Dorayaki is filled with chestnut butter, and although it doesn't look fancy and is a simple, orthodox Dorayaki, it seems like there's a lot of attention to detail inside. It was a delicious dorayaki with the gentle sweetness of the sweet bean paste and the occasional hint of chestnut, the richness of the butter that supported it without being too strong, and the perfect balance between the fragrant and fluffy dough and Dorayaki.
