午後のおやつタイムにおじゃましました。
お店はJR中央線「瑞浪駅」から徒歩圏内の準幹線道路沿いの一軒家の１階部分です。お店の近くに専用駐車場を完備してます。
店内はテーブル席が３卓あります。入口横には道路から見えるようにガラス張りの五平餅の焼き場があります。内装からはお店の歴史を感じることができます。
商品はイートインでは五平餅（漬物付き）とドリンクを提供しており、テイクアウトでは五平餅、真空冷凍五平餅、漬物、秘伝の万能たれ、五平餅焼き器を販売しています。流石に五平餅焼き器を売ってるのにはビックリしました。買う人いるのかなぁ！
五平餅 1人前5本（漬物付き）を注文しました。
潰したご飯を俵状に丸めて竹串に3個刺してあり、砂糖、醤油、胡麻、くるみなどで出来た甘辛いタレを付けて香ばしく焼き上げてます。口に入れると何とも懐かしい味で何本でも食べれてしまいます。漬物も甘辛さでいっぱいになった口の中をサッパリしてくれて、最高のコンビだと思います。
