お蕎麦は香り豊かでしっかりとした食感の美味しいお蕎麦。
天丼の天ぷらもサックリと揚がっており、濃すぎないタレとの相性も抜群！
蕎麦湯もとろみのある濃くて白色のタイプで、私の好みでした。
