名古屋市天白区の農業センターのしだれ梅祭りの出店で買いました。
湯気の上がる蒸し器の中からおじさんが取り出してくれて熱々を食べました。
安納薩摩芋の鬼まんじゅう250円。
昔ながらの鬼まんじゅうとは違って
蒸しパンに近い食感で生地はフワフワしています。そこに小さく切った薩摩芋がちょこちょこ入っている感じで薩摩芋をあまり感じることはできませんでした。確かに美味しいのですが、値段の割には薩摩芋の量がとても少なく感じてしまい、芋が好きな私には物足りない鬼まんじゅうでした。やっぱりゴロゴロお芋が入って生地は固めの鬼まんじゅうが好きです。
