土岐にある中華そば専門店。
入口の看板に書いてあるように、福井の「まるせい」の一番弟子の方のお店。
今回、平日のランチ閉店間際に伺ってみました。
ちなみに「まるせい」は福井県では数少ない、私が行ってみたいラーメン屋のひとつ。
いただいたのは「からマヨ丼セット」
平日ランチ限定のセットで、中華そばにからマヨ丼が付いて880円。
中華そば単品740円なので、セットは圧倒的にお値打ち。
中華そばは、あっさり醤油のスープに自家製麺、チャーシュー、ネギ、メンマ、ナルトというオーソドックスなスタイルですが、スープにはコクもあり、東濃地方特有の中華そばとはまた一味違う味わいで美味しい。
からマヨ丼も、プラス140円とはいえ、注文が入ってから揚げてくれ、これまた美味しい。
ある意味中華そば激戦区である東濃地区において、個性もあり美味しい中華そばがいただけるお店でした。
