22時前に訪問。カウンター8席、テーブル2卓あるお店です。幸いなことに空席に滑り込むことができました。こんな時間でもほぼ満席の状態が続きます。
ちゃんぽんを１辛でオーダー。ミニチャーハン付きで980円。
5分ほどで着丼。まずはスープから。にんにくと辛味噌の風味だけでなく、野菜の甘さと出汁が複雑な旨みを生み出しています。麺は博多ラーメンを彷彿とさせる細麺。他のお客さんが替え玉をする時はバリカタ指定していたのが分かります。
初めて訪れたのでデフォにしましたが、常連さんは豊富なトッピングで好みの味にカスタマイズしていました。チェーン展開されているようですので次回は色々トッピングを試してみたいと思います。
