何度か行こうとして行列で諦めた岐阜タンメン、ようやく初訪問。11:30にスッと入れたあとはやっぱり行列8人待ちになってました。
待望のタンメンは透き通ったスープにキャベツと野菜を一緒に煮込むスタイルなのでスープに旨みが滲み出てます。
一蘭を思わせるストレート麺も食べやすく、思わず替え玉してしまいます。
野菜も増し増しにする事で何となく身体に優しい感じが‥
やっと食べれて満足！ごちそうさまでした♪
