多治見市で
気になっていた鰻屋さんです。
多治見駅から
北口 徒歩10分。
予約なしでも
入れそうですが、
不定休なので
確認した方が無難です。
今回は
特上丼 1匹分を
肝吸いOPで
注文しました。
お通しに
トマトゼリーみたいのが
きました。
これ、
個人的には
美味しいと
思いましたが、、
加工トマト(ケチャップやトマトソース)はOKで
原形の生トマトが苦手な人には
ダメかも知れないですね。
大体約15分くらいして到着しました。
鰻は
厚みがあって良き。
焼き具合も
皮がパリッとしていて
タレも
少し甘めで甘過ぎない。
美味しい。
身に染み込んでいて
微妙にカリッとしていて
脂汁のノリかたなど
多治見の鰻屋さんの中では
良かったなぁと
思いました。
焼き具合、タレ、白飯は
とても美味しく
好みやったんだけど、
今回当たった
肝心の鰻が
クセが強くて
少し苦手でした。
愛知県産かな
って聞いたら
愛知県の三河の鰻だそうです。
あと、
肝吸いの
出汁が濃いのと
嫌いなネギが入っていて
自分好みとは
少し違いました。

多治見市では
うな千さんが
良かったのですが、
2回目の訪問で
失敗してしまい、
今は
優月さんが良いなぁ
と、思いました。
