数年ぶりに休日の夜訪問。店前の駐車場には停めれたのですが、店内には7人ほど先客が並んでました。店員さんが2人しかおらず、オペが悪いのか結局1時間近く待つことに。。
普通の鶏白湯も美味しいのですが、ここの山椒入り担々麺はさらに美味しい。山椒の量を大中小と選べる。
いつも何を頼んでたか忘れたので中に。
鶏白湯の優しくコクのあるスープに山椒の相性抜群です。山椒の量が中でもかなり効いてるのでいい感じに痺れますね！
スープ飲んだら前の美味しさも思い出しました。
そして陶器の街だけあって器も相性いいですね。
オペレーションさえスムーズだったら良かったなと。店員さんたちは丁寧な方々でした。
まだ近く寄ることあれば行きたいですね！ごちそうさまでした。
