多治見にある人気の蕎麦屋さん。
住宅地の中にあるので、ふらっと入ってくるお客さんはおらず、みんなこの店を目指してくる。
注文したのは海老天そばの玄挽き大盛り。
玄挽きは毎日数がそれほどないので、運が悪いと食べられない。
蕎麦はとても味が濃くて、喉越しもよくとても美味しい。こしがあって、食感もよくいくらでも食べれそう。
蕎麦つゆは甘めだが、キリッとした味わいで蕎麦ととてもよく合う。蕎麦の濃い味に負けないような力強いつゆ。
天ぷらは量が少ないのが少し残念だが、カリッと揚げてあって美味しい。そばを邪魔しないような存在感。
アットホームな接客も良かったし、とても美味しかった。
