原宿南国酒家と原宿を冠するように東京の南国酒家の出店で非常に気になっておりました
入口で黒服正装の店員お出迎えと共にサーマルカメラで体温計測と消毒
さらにCo2測定器で店内が密か否かも数値化されてます
なにより新しいビルだけあり換気能力は抜群
今の時代ではかなりのアドバンテージですね
冷たいプーアル茶が供された時点でサービス高い店だなと認識

まず点心２種肉焼売とミニ肉まんとエビの唐揚げとえびせん小鉢にザーサイと人参の香の物
醤油の瓶が無いカラシもと思ったら
カゴに小袋に入った物が用意されます
正直、これは雰囲気台無しだと思ったが
店側だって不本意な、感染対策としてコロナの時代ではこれが正解なんですよね
肉まんと肉焼売は作り置きの冷めたの出すお店も多いけど
ここはきちんと温かくきちんとしています
次にご飯とメインのエビチリと鶏のカシューナッツ炒めが順番に供され
どちらも素材は確かで上品で日本人好みの味つけ
四川の名店と比べると深さ複雑さは無いけど無難に纏まっててます
広東料理名乗ってるしそちらの系統なら評価も変わるかも
ご飯はおかわり可能で有難い
デザートの杏仁豆腐はなかなか本格派
お会計レジはビニールで対策されて出来るだけの対策はしつくしてる印象
