予約の電話をしたところ年内の土日の昼は、全て満席とのこと。ただ、当日席が10席ほどありますと案内を頂きましたので10時に行きますと2番目に到着。10時45分程に名前と人数を聞きに来てくれます。外壁の入口から入り店の入口で11時まで待ちましたが、残念のなのは、入口横に灰皿が置いてあるので待っている人に煙がくるので場所を変更してもらいたいですね。
座敷は、掘りごたつではないので椅子席のカウンター席をお願い。
初めての訪問なのでメニューをチェック。店員さんがメニューの説明をしに来てくれます。贅沢肉チラシと幻壺づけランチは、早くも完売。
楽しみにしてた黒毛和牛ひつまぶし(1,900)、銘柄牛ひつまぶし(2,900)、特上ヒレまぶし(3,900)と3種ありましたが、銘柄牛ひつまぶしが1番おすすめという案内で即決定。本日は、京都のブランド牛でした。
10分程で銘柄牛ひつまぶしが到着。なんて柔らかく溶けてしまうお肉って感じ。甘めのタレと肉汁がご飯にあいます。ご飯は、お茶碗2杯分しっかり入ってます。お肉にわさびを添えてご飯と一緒に食べるとたまりません。最後は、出汁で食べましたが、また、お肉の味がしっかり分かって美味しかったです。
締めのソフトクリームがさっぱりして美味しいです。
次は、特上ヒレまぶしを食べてみたいですね。
