カーナビに住所をセットしたのに見つからないのはお店の向きが全面の道路から少し奥まっていて看板も出ていないからですが、お店にたどり着くワクワク感も料理のうちという言葉を思い出しました。
開店時間に入ると、お店の方がレストランの各部屋を案内してくださいました。古民家を使っていますが、個室が中心になり同じ和室でも椅子席やソファー席、座椅子席と多彩にリノベーションされています。
お目当ての肉ひつまぶしですが、黒毛和牛のひつまぶし、銘柄牛のひつまぶし、特上ヒレまぶしの３種類から仙台牛サーロインを使った銘柄牛のひつまぶしを注文しました。仙台牛はコスパに優れた黒毛和牛といわれているので楽しみですね。
さて、肉増しにしておひついっぱいに盛られたサーロイン肉は、期待以上の仕上がりです。下処理とカットがいいのでしょうかレアの焼き具合が最適です。さすがお肉屋さんプロの職人技です。
うなぎのひつまぶしの手順にしたがい、1杯目をそのまま２杯目は薬味で３杯目はだし茶漬けにしましたが、肉まぶしの場合はわさびを載せた２杯目が断美味しいですね。
茶漬けのときはうなぎと違い焼きの香ばしさにかけるのでテーブルのブラックペッパーをお肉にふるのもいいかもしれません。
このように調理だけではなく、接客のサービスも素晴らしいレストランです。
満足した上で贅沢な要望ですが、肉増しを選ぶときにヒレ肉もチョイスできると更に嬉しいですね。今は鰻のひつまぶしも５千円前後するので、プレミアム価格でも良いのではないでしょうか。
なかなか訪れることができない場所なので一度で美味しいものをいろいろ食べられる良いと思いました。
